PRINCE2 Themes

The PRINCE2 Themes describes aspects of the project management that must be addressed continually. The PRINCE Themes are carefully designed to link together. This is one of the strengths of PRINCE2. Paying attention to the seven themes will help the project manager to fulfill his or her role in a professional manner.

All seven PRINCE2 Themes must be applied in a PRINCE2 project, but like all other PRINCE2 elements, the PRINCE2 Themes must be scaled to meet the specific nature of the project and the project organization.
