One of the
PRINCE2 principles is that a project must at any time have a continued business
justification. A Business Case is used to document this justification based on the
estimated cost against the anticipated benefits to be gained.The PRINCE2 Business Case presents the optimum mix of information used to judge whether the project is desirable, viable and achievable. It should be reviewed, updated and verified at the end of every stage.
